enable remote desktop through the Windows firewall

1. View Detailed License Info: slmgr /dlv
2.  Reset Activation Timer:  slmgr /rearm
3. Restart the computer
4.  View Current License Info: slmgr /dli

Run Systeminfo

The Problem:

Outlook hangs on “Synchronizing Subscribed Folders”

The Fix:

Go to to Send/Receive, then Send/receive groups, and Define Send/Receive Groups.

On the right side of the send/receive groups window click on the Edit button.

Uncheck the “Get folder unread count for subscribed folders”.

Under Received mail items check the option “Use the custom behavior defined below”.

In the next window below select INBOX and leave the other folders unchecked.

Click OK and then exit out of your options.

Start ADSI edit and go to
Configuration > then Sites > Inter Site Transports > IP. Click the inter-site link

Then scroll down to the options line. Double-click and change the value to 1 if it has a value

List Disk

Select disk 1

uniqueid disk  (this will list disk unique id)

uniqueid disk ID = B657F940-87C1-03A7-50FE-000000000000 (We will change it from  B657F940-87C1-03A7-50FE-956DF0E1E900, see pic below)
